SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated as part of a promotion.

Customers select their preferred carrier and service at checkout. All shipping costs are calculated and added at that time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Eligibility (Strict Requirements)

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be returned, including:

  • All original FOBs

  • The clearance tester

Returns will be denied if:

  • More than one (1) FOB is broken or visibly damaged

  • Items are missing from the original set

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, or

  • The wrong size was ordered

2. Exchanges

  • Wrong Size Ordered:

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping

    • Customer must pay shipping for the replacement product

  • Defective Product:

    • FOB Archery covers all shipping costs (both directions)

    • Replacement product will be sent at no additional cost

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

For returns valued over $75, customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. FOB Archery is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Return Authorization (Required)

Do not send back any product without authorization.

Before returning any item, you must contact:

After contacting us, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved Returns:

    • Refund will be issued

    • Confirmation will be sent via email

  • Denied Returns:

    • You will be notified via email or phone with the reason

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Bottom Line (No Surprises)

  • You must return the complete set

  • You can only have 1 damaged FOB max

  • You pay shipping unless the product is defective

  • We cover everything if the product is defective

  • No authorization = no return accepted
